Through many wars, certain areas of Vietnam are heavily polluted with bombs and UXO, and domestic resources are spent on overcoming the consequences of mines, and in particular and overcoming the consequences of war, in general, are very limited.

At the same time, the legal corridor for this activity has not been completed, so Vietnam needs to promote relations with other countries, international organizations in general, and KOICA, UNDP in particular to mobilize maximum resources to speed up post-war landmine / UXO recovery.

These specific jobs are to perfect the legal system, national regulations, and standards in accordance with international standards and Vietnamese conditions. At the same time, to study and formulate a mechanism for mobilizing domestic funding, a scientifically coordinating mechanism from the central to local levels in order to use resources effectively.
