UXO affected victims will receive rehabilitation devices and vocation training to secure a livelihood and social reintegration. Communities in heavy UXO-contaminated areas within the scope of the project will get education on the threats and ways to combat UXO-related incidents.

National UXO database contains maps of UXO contaminated zones, as well the UXO specification and density in Quang Binh and Binh Dinh which support the implementation of UXO clearance and effective utilization of resources.

KVMAP was implemented to identify actual UXO contaminated areas, optimize UXO clearance resources, eliminate the consequence of UXO to the livelihoods of the local community, provide assurance in production.

The project will promote socio-economic development; improve administration capacity for post-war UXO consequences; provide timely aid for the victims to improve life quality and social reintegration; raise awareness in avoiding UXO-related incidents to the community.
