21 survey teams focused on implementing the survey and clearance work at the Quang Binh and Binh Dinh construction sites in 2018. In 2019, the number has increased to 21 survey teams and 64 clearance teams. In 2020: The technical survey activity will be completed in April 2020, and as survey team will shift their focus toward clearing mines, there will be 85 clearance team in total.

At present, the completed surveyed area for the whole project as of early June 2020 is 16,880 ha. The completed clearance area by the whole project as of early June 2020 is: 5,194 ha.
