In particular, Vietnam Mine Action Center (VNMAC), local Provincial Military Commands, local Red Cross and Youth Union will provide instructions on publishing radio and TV programs on UXO safety education at Quang Binh and Binh Dinh.

In 2020, the project propagandated UXO safety messages on public buses, organized competition on propaganda ideas at ward level and sponsored the implementation of those ideas.

The project has documented good examples, translated and localized into Vietnamese instructions from the United Nation Mine Action Project, in which including messages on UXO safety.

Review Conferences were held to share the experiences between promulgators on UXO safety in Quang Binh and Binh Dinh and these review could be used by other provinces.

The project also produced propaganda videos and animations on UXO safety for social medias toward the vulnerable groups who are prone to UXO-related incidents.
