Synthesize and manage information data on mine / UXO clearance activities from construction units in assigned localities.
Periodically synthesize results and report investigation, survey and clearance activities to the Project Information Management Division and the National Landmine and UXO Center / VNMAC.

Collect and synthesize monitoring reports and quality management according to the form and send it to VNMAC Center.
Synthesize the results of handling bombs, mines, mobile explosives (on-the-spot handling, moving to the centralized explosion site) to ensure maximum safety and keep records and reports to the Project Information Management Department and the Center National mine / UXO database / VNMAC.

Report incidents of bombs, mines and explosives during project implementation to the PMU.

Periodically update the results of the technical survey completion report, the cleared area completion report into the management software (IMSMA) and send it to the Project Information Management Department and the National Mine Database Center. / VNMAC.
