Units and organizations are responsible for guiding, disseminating and training regulations on data management for information managers and personnels related to investigation, survey and clearance of bombs, mines and explosives in assigned areas.

Receive investigation, technical survey areas, CHA from the Office of the Site Executive Committee, and deploy clearance of mines and UXO according to the assigned plan.

Daily synthesize results of investigations, technical surveys, clearance of bombs, mines and explosives into diagrams and maps. Archive and report the results done to the Site Executive Board.

Make reports on the completion of the demining area and send it to the Site Executive Board; including maps and maps of the demining area assigned.

Organize, inspect and supervise the work of occupational safety on the site. When any unsafe incident, bomb, mine, or explosive accident occurs, the construction must be halted or suspended until the repair is completed and approved by the PMU to continue construction as planned. Direct reports on mine / UXO incidents during project implementation to the Site Executive Office.

Ensure adequate personal protective equipment and occupational safety for employees and relevant people when operating in the assigned area, bomb and mine clearance scene.

Periodically report information on bombs and explosives remediation in the area assigned to the local military authority of the province, the High Command of Industry, VNMAC, according to the provisions of Circular 195/2019 / TT-BQP and regulations on the protection of State secrets (under Clause 1, Article 22, Circular 195/2019 / TT-DD).
